With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and RE investment industry, Matt brings extensive knowledge and a commitment to delivering professional, reliable property and investment management services. His hands-on approach ensures that property owners and tenants receive personalized support, fostering strong relationships and well-maintained properties. Originally from Florida, Matt is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, where he was a member of the golf team, sparking a lifelong passion for the sport.
At GreenTree, Matt specializes in helping property owners navigate the complexities of their investment properties. He provides tailored guidance to maximize returns, offering strategic insights on market trends, property maintenance, and tenant relations to enhance long-term value.
